Universal food / water usage counter AQUACUS+

Uniwersalny licznik zużycia paszy lub wody AQUACUS+An universal AQUACUS+ counter is a controller designed to work with water and food dispensing systems. It may control the movement of food conveyor or the opening of the water dispenser electro-valve for tracking and setting the desired outcome (use) of food or water based on the count of received impulses or a short-circuit time (from a dispenser weight, flow meter etc.). Additionally the controller incorporates the timer function for driving a relay, that may be used for light switching.

There are two modes the product may operate in:

  • A DISPENSER mode has been designed for measuring (counting) to desired mass or volume: the relay output 1 is switched on at a setup time of day, and switched off after achieving the desired value.
  • In COUNTER mode the device counts the impulses or the short-circuit occurrence time to calculate the mass or volume of food or water being distributed. The configurable momentary and accumulative value ranges link with an alarm output. The relay output 1 is switched on at a certain time and switched off on another time set or in case of the alarm occurrence.

Key features:

  • DISPENSER and COUNTER mode, independent timer function
  • Two relay outputs: for controlling the process and for time scheduled switching
  • Alarm relay output (including input parameters monitoring)
  • Input designed for both impulses counting or short-circuit time monitoring (selectable)
  • Scaling values per one impulse or per one second of short-circuit (depending on input type selection) from 1 gram to 65 kilograms
  • Four usage counters: daily, breeding (up to 1000 days), devices total, resetable
  • Up to 1000 days of distribution logging
  • Percent comparison to previous day
  • Battery supported clock
  • Large, easy to read LCD display allowing the controller to utilize written messages. Functional keyboard allows to easily set up and preview all parameters of the controller.
