ETC-2-AL is an electronic device with an easy to read LED display used to measure carbon dioxide concentration in a building. Communication between the device and a CO2 sensor is digital and bidirectional what enables continuous control of its operation correctness.
ETC-2-AL supports some inaccurate situations that may occur during operation. In order to indicate them it has been equipped with a relay alarm output. An alarm is activated in the following situations:
- exceeding the set limit values of CO2 concentration,
- detection of CO2 measurement line damage,
- a failure in the device’s power supply,
- halting the process of monitoring of CO2 concentration,
- detection of irregularities in operation (e.g. an internal memory failure, keypad damage).
